By accessing the website, downloading AB Loop Studio, purchasing a license, or using the software, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or software.
1. About AB Loop Studio
AB Loop Studio is a standalone desktop application designed for focused practice, A-B looping, side-by-side comparison, progress tracking, guided review, and related practice workflows.
AB Loop Studio is not intended to be a full video editor, screen recorder, media distribution platform, cloud storage service, or professional legal, medical, educational, or financial advisory tool.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use AB Loop Studio. If you are under the age of majority in your location, you may only use the software with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
By using AB Loop Studio, you confirm that you have the legal authority to agree to these Terms.
3. Software License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, AB Loop Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the software for personal, educational, creative, or business practice purposes.

10. Local-First Use
AB Loop Studio is designed to operate primarily as a desktop application. Your local files and practice data generally remain on your device unless you choose to export, upload, send, share, sync, or transmit them through a specific feature.
You are responsible for backing up your own files, app data, saved loops, practice notes, recordings, exports, and related materials.
AB Loop Studio is not responsible for lost, deleted, corrupted, damaged, or unrecoverable files.
11. Snap & Compare, Practice Data, and Future Features
AB Loop Studio may include or later introduce features such as side-by-side comparison, phone-to-desktop transfer, progress tracking, milestones, Practice Packs, export tools, cloud relay, or other related features.
Some features may require network access, local device permissions, camera access, microphone access, browser access, QR pairing, temporary local transfer, or third-party services.
You are responsible for using these features lawfully, safely, and appropriately.
We may label certain features as beta, experimental, preview, or early access. These features may be incomplete, unstable, changed, removed, or limited at any time.
12. Practice Packs
AB Loop Studio may allow users, teachers, coaches, or creators to create and share Practice Packs, loop point files, notes, references, or guided practice materials.
You are responsible for the content you include in any Practice Pack or shared material.
You may not share Practice Packs that include unlawful, infringing, harmful, deceptive, or unauthorized content.
If you receive a Practice Pack from someone else, you are responsible for deciding whether to import or use it. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, safety, or legality of user-created Practice Packs.
13. Third-Party Content and Services
AB Loop Studio may work with files, links, websites, platforms, operating systems, media players, codecs, payment providers, analytics providers, hosting providers, or other third-party services.
We are not responsible for third-party content, third-party software, third-party websites, third-party policies, or changes made by outside services.
Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies.
14. Compatibility
AB Loop Studio may require specific operating systems, hardware, drivers, codecs, permissions, storage space, or system settings.
We do not guarantee that the software will work on every device, operating system, configuration, media file, codec, or hardware setup.
You are responsible for confirming that your device meets the stated system requirements before purchase or installation.

Support may not include custom setup, device troubleshooting, third-party software support, media repair, editing assistance, or recovery of lost files unless we specifically agree.

AB Loop Studio, including its name, logo, software, design, interface, code, graphics, documentation, website content, copy, branding, and related materials, is owned by AB Loop Studio, its developer, or its licensors.
You may not use AB Loop Studio branding, logos, screenshots, or materials in a misleading, unlawful, or unauthorized way.
You may refer to AB Loop Studio for legitimate commentary, reviews, tutorials, or educational purposes, provided your use does not imply false endorsement or ownership.
17. Feedback

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the website, software, license, or services will not exceed the amount you paid for AB Loop Studio in the twelve months before the claim arose.
